Discover Seated Shiatsu<\/strong>, a practical and accessible version of this Japanese well-being technique, performed while seated and fully clothed<\/strong>. Through gentle pressure, stretching and adapted mobilisations, it focuses especially on the back, shoulders, neck, arms and head<\/strong>, helping release tension and promote relaxation.<\/p>\n

In this workshop, M\u00f3nica Guerrero (Tenerife)<\/strong> will guide participants through a clear introduction to Shiatsu fundamentals: posture, breathing, how to use body weight, and simple sequences you can apply in everyday life. Open to general audiences<\/strong> with no previous experience required\u2014safe, effective and especially helpful for anyone who spends long hours sitting or carrying stress.<\/p>\n

Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion each.<\/strong><\/p>\n
