In this workshop, <strong data-start=\"270\" data-end=\"291\">Alejandro Paralea<\/strong> guides an accessible practice inspired by <strong data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"349\">Junan Taiso<\/strong>, focusing on <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"383\">mindful movement<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"401\">breathing<\/strong> as tools to release tension, improve mobility and reconnect with bodily presence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"785\">Through gentle sequences, stretching and coordination exercises, participants will work on body awareness, balance and calm in a format open to general audiences with no previous experience required.
